As evidenced by the saying,

'Food is your identity, he had been suffering from
Gluten-sensitive symptoms and Allergic rhinitis for 20 years.

In the midst of regrets and regrets what he had ate processed foods such as instant noodle and too much of artificial flavor foods

being in the middle of breaking up one's relationship.

years.

Through the column, he learned and informed health should be

A healthy life is not 'theory' but ‘practice’. It is the Body WOF that helps the practice. Proper health practice is not easy. Furthermore, practice alone is confusing and difficult to sustain. Body WOF is a solution to continue 'balanced health practice'. Team members, I and you who run and join the Body WOF program are on the right track to live a healthy and happy life!
